We collect: (a) Identification data (first name, last name); (b) Contact data (email, phone, physical address); (c) Billing data (ID/RUC, fiscal address); (d) Browsing data (cookies, IP address). We do not process sensitive personal data. This portal is directed to persons over 18 years of age, so we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your data under the following bases of the LOPDP: (a) Consent (for sending advertising and non-necessary cookies); (b) Contract performance (for the sale and delivery of software, licenses, support, and gift cards); (c) Legal obligation (for issuing electronic invoices via Contifico/SRI).
4. Data Retention Period
Personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill commercial and legal purposes (for example, 7 fiscal years for tax records required by the SRI in Ecuador).

It is communicated to third parties only for service requirements (Data Processors): (a) Payment processors (PayPhone Ecuador) for secure transactions; (b) Electronic billing providers (Contifico/SRI); (c) Hosting and email providers, whose servers may be located outside the Ecuadorian territory (United States or European Union), always guaranteeing secure international transfers under LOPDP standards.

We implement robust technical, organizational, and physical security measures in accordance with the Ecuadorian LOPDP to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data.
